NEW CONSTRUCTION:
New construction phase inspections (usually foundation, pre-sheetrock and final) are priced at $275 for each phase for any house with up to 4 bedrooms with 3 baths. Larger house sizes will be priced upon request. (Inspection in the final stage only does not constitute a phase inspection and will be priced as shown in the fee list above. )
DEFERRED MAINTENANCE:
A deferred maintenance cost estimate can be added to your report for repair items that have been overlooked and require attention. The cost estimate is used many times as a negotiating tool. The fee for the cost estimate can be given once the inspection is complete and work required can be determined. (Minimum fee is $100.00)
