NEW CONSTRUCTION:

New construction phase inspections

Priced at $325 for each phase

Larger homes will be priced upon request.
(Inspection in the final stage only does not constitute a phase
inspection and will be priced as shown in the fee list above.)

DEFERRED MAINTENANCE:

A deferred maintenance cost estimate can be added to your report
for repair items that have been overlooked and require attention.

The cost estimate is used many times as a negotiating tool.

The fee for the cost estimate can be given once the inspection is
complete and work required can be determined.
Minimum fee is $200.00

Reports

The scope report provides a simple, easy-to-read computer generated
report combining narrative and checklist with digital photos as necessary
with specific details pointed out in each photograph.

All information for your inspection is available at a glance and all findings are clearly explained.

Reports are emails and sent within 24hours of the inspcection.
